If somebody asked me when is a good time to invest, my first answer would be when there is a bunch of bargain priced stocks available. And yes, now is that time. Look around. Go to the Stocks page and see the profitable and growing companies with P/E ratios of around 5. When have you ever seen good companies with their stocks at these low P/E levels?
